fitness levels are welcome
at studio U. You will find our hatha classes
to be easy to follow, challenging, fun and
just what the doctor ordered.

Clinton acupuncturist and holistic wellness advocate Mackay Rippey joined our studio U yoga class to administer relaxing acupuncture treatments before and during class!

When you come to our classes:

BRING...
-Your own yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.
Classes are taken barefoot.
Yoga props are provided.
-Your own water bottles for during and after class.

COST...
-Unless specified no registration is necessary and classes are on-going.
Yoga class cards(10) can be purchased for 140. and expire in 3 mos. after date of purchase. Your 11th class is FREE!
-Walk-in's are welcome at $15 a class.
-Cash or check only please on-site or pay online with a credit card.

PLEASE...
-Classes fill quickly so arrive with time to spare before your class to reserve your place and give yourself time to relax!
-Leave belongings in the hallway lockers provided.
-Be sure to remove shoes upon entering the building.

A little extra info...
-Be sure you do not lose your yoga class card. They cannot be replaced.
-Cards can be shared within a family.

Remember....
Every 3rd Thursday of each month is FREE for newcomers to the studio!
