All ballet students must pre-register to
reserve a place in the fall line-up of classes.



Please download and print the fall ballet class registration form. Click the link above.

Mail the form with your registration fee
to ensure that your child has a place reserved in the appropriate class.

You will be contacted once your
form is recieved to complete the registration process.


***Please note that class sizes are limites to ensure that each child recieves individual attention.
Classes will fill according on a first come first serve basis according to completed registrations.
